Scanji reads Japanese text from a photograph.

In Japan you see Japanese text every day. We took photographs of signs, but we did not look up the words later. Scanji does the translation immediately. It then adds the words to a study set.

One of us had a collection of images and video that was too large for the file explorer. The other applications were for small collections, or they needed a cloud service. Cur8r is fast, it runs locally, and it does not need an internet connection.

We wanted to know if an arcade game of this type can work on a touchscreen. You control the game with one thumb. It has ten levels, seven types of enemy, and a boss.

Moody Bloops is a colorful sorting puzzle about squishy creatures with moods.

Sort matching bloops into glass tubes, then find out that a few of them have other ideas. It is a small puzzle with wobbly moves, expressive faces, and the odd strategic surprise.
